Orders are shipped without shipping confirmation unless otherwise specified by the customer. This option is FREE. Please contact me if you prefer shipping / signiture confirmation.

If the USPS shows an order as "delivered" and you did NOT receive it, I am NOT liable for replacement. Please contact your local USPS office with your provided tracking number or speak to your carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us right away if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We will do what we can to resolve any problems so that you have a positive experience shopping with Danique Jewelry.
We will refund or exchange a purchased item in the original condition except for the shipping cost mailed back within 14 days from its receipt. There is 25% restocking fee for all personalized or custom made items returned in the original condition and packaging.
Large bridal and party orders are not refundable. Exchanges are available.

Orders less than 60 days old are under shop warranty and may be repaired or replaced depending on the damage. Items damaged 60 or more days after receipt of your order are subject to a repair fee of a minimum of $10 domestic - $17 international. Please do not send anything back without notifying us first. How customizable is each item?
All of our items are handmade and pieces may vary slightly from the images. Gem colors may also vary slightly due to innate properties of natural stones. Most of our jewelry pieces are available in:

- Oxidized (Blackened) Sterling Silver
Do you include a receipt in the package?
Usually we do not include receipt of purchase in the package since many of the orders are purchased as a gift.

Is the jewelry shipped in a gift box?
All the jewelry is shipped in individual Danique Jewelry branded boxes.
How should I care for my Vermeil Gold jewelry?
Gold vermeil is a layer of gold over sterling silver and requires a little special care and attention. Always remove your gold vermeil jewelry when applying perfumes, lotions or cleansers. Never wear your gold vermeil jewelry in the shower or when swimming. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold vermeil jewelry. Gently clean your gold vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Store vermeil jewelry in an airtight container when not in use.
