Our jewelry can grow with your family! It's a simply process to have the original jewelry returned to our shop and the additions purchased online. We will hold the online purchase until we receive the physical jewelry.
Why do we ask for the original jewelry item back? Having the item back in our shop allows us to select the best gemstones or initial charms that will match the original design. There are slight differences in color and shape for all charms and we'd like to make sure everything goes well together. Additionally, some of our popular "cascade style" necklaces have a center chain that would need to be replaced with a longer one. This is a slightly more complex process of removing all the original stones to the new chain in order to have room for the new additions on the bottom.
