The only downfall was that the dark brown color I ordered makes it very difficult to even see the black printed on it. While ordering, the picture that was generated for the customization was readable, however in-person it’s really difficult to differentiate the black ink with the person’s name from the dark brown color offered.

I was very pleased they came beautifully packaged, they were personalized as I'd requested, and they were delivered within 10 days. It may have actually only been a week. I only wish the heart would have been red like in the mock up. It's not a complaint and they said it may not be exactly the same so I have no regret. The items are still beautiful.
